Rugby Emergency Medical Services Rugby Emergency Medical Services respond to medical and traumatic emergencies and provide advanced life support and medical transportation in the five-county area served by Heart of America Medical Center. Our emergency response team includes: licensed EMT-paramedics, EMT intermediates and EMT basics; volunteer ambulance services in Esmond, Leeds, Maddock, Rolette and Towner; and local fire and rescue first-responder units. Aero medical service is provided by Trinity Hospital in Minot. Rugby EMS offers training for new and current EMTs. For more information, see Classes and Training.
