Hospital
For Friends and Family

We encourage family involvement in patients' care. A private family waiting room is located next to the intensive care unit, where family members and friends may gather and stay overnight if desired.
Family and significant others may visit their loved ones at any time. However, in order to promote sufficient rest for the patients and allow staff to provide care and treatment, we suggest visits be kept brief and between the hours of 1:30 and 4:30 p.m. and 6:30 and 8:30 p.m.
The hospital cafeteria is open to the public. Breakfast is served 6:30 to 10:00 a.m., lunch is served 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. and supper is served 4:30 to 6:45 p.m. Snacks are available throughout the day. Coffee is always free.
Please check with your patient's nurse before providing him or her with outside food or beverages.
If you have been ill or are experiencing symptoms of becoming ill, please refrain from visiting patients.
You can send your loved one an e-card by clicking here.
To keep family and friends updated on a patient or resident with a long term illness, we encourage you to create a website on CaringBridge.
