Ways of Giving

You may decide to choose one of the following types of gifts or maybe a combination works better for you.

All of your gifts to the Good Samaritan Health Services Foundation will go toward a Legacy Tree Society membership except those gifts restricted for a Capital Campaign. In this case a special recognition will be done.

The Good Samaritan Health Services Foundation was organized in 1987 by a group of insightful people who recognized the changing environment of health care and the effect these changes could have on the future of health care in Rugby. These founders also realized the need for future generations to have access to the primary health care services needed to sustain a healthy community.

The Foundation was established to provide for the short-term and long-range needs of the Good Samaritan Hospital Association. These needs include but are not limited to new equipment, services and building replacement. The Foundation is responsible for the prudent management of all gifts received and our mission is to provide financial resources for the Hospital Association.

The Foundation has provided funds for projects such as the Acute Care Addition, remodeling of the Auxiliary Gift Shop, remodeling for an ICU Waiting Room, computers, and more recently, to bring the Golden Heart Paramedics Program to the Heart of America.
