Employee Orientation

How do we Orient New Employees?

At the Heart of America Medical Center and Haaland Home we begin your employment with an orientation process. The orientation process is a two day session which covers the Association background, facility layout and presentations to provide you with a safe working environment.

The second day we primarily concentrate on customer service. This process is a good way to realize your expectations when dealing with patients. 

We believe that safety and education are important aspects of your work in the medical field and that our customers are number one.
