Initial Screening:  Blood Pressure, Heart Rate, Lipid Profile, Blood Glucose, Body Mass Index, Waist Circumference, Body Fat, Basal Metabolic Rate, Aerobic Fitness by a Certified Fitness Trainer. Health History Screening Nutritional Screening by a Dietitian Supervised progressive cardiovascular training sessions 3 times per week Progressive weight training sessions Progressive nutritional guidelines for performance Final Screening

With the completion of the Outpatient Wellness Center, the Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy and Cardiac Rehab have moved into the new area. With the new area open comes plans for expanded programs and opportunities for our patients and the community. The new facility offers 6 new private treatment rooms, which will improve privacy and offer expanded space for comprehensive therapy and rehab treatment programs. The new rooms are equipped with existing therapy equipment and new treatment tables, which provide comfort and convenience for patients. A separate hydrotherapy room is available for whirlpool treatments with new conveniences and technology. We are excited to offer a 2500 sq. ft. gym used for inpatients and outpatients as well as providing an area for the Frappier Sports Medicine Programs. In addition to our existing cardiovascular equipment including treadmills, bikes, recumbent bike, stair steppers and rowers, we now have a variety of strengthening equipment available. These include trunk, upper extremity and lower extremity pieces of equipment. We will also have free weights and a bench press. The entire area is well ventilated, providing a comfortable environment for exercise. Shower facilities are available as well. The monthly fee continues to be $15 per individual and $25 per family. In addition to our current basic program, we offer many individualized programs. These include customized cardiovascular, strengthening and weight training programs. Programs for beginner as well as for the "fit" are offered. New programs for youth, women and seniors will be available. Program development continues as we make plans to provide nutritional consulting and group exercise programs. Our new area also has a separate splinting and orthotic room. Plans are underway for customized orthotics to be measured and fit into our Center, which would offer a quality product ay a convenience to you.
