Dr. Ronald Skipper will begin seeing patients in Rugby in early January.
Dr. Ronald Skipper, general surgeon, has signed on the dotted line to return to Heart of America Medical Center in Rugby. As a board certified general surgeon, Dr. Skipper will be providing all general outpatient surgeries at Heart of America Surgical Clinic.
