Bobbie Trana, FNP-C

Trana received her BSN in nursing from Minot State University and her masters in nursing FNP from The University of Mary. Trana is certified as a family nurse practitioner and orthopedic nurse practitioner through the American Nurses Credentialing Center. Trana joined the Heart of America Medical Center team in March of 2013.

Phyllis Abrahamson, Geriatric Nurse Practitioner and Physician Assistant
Abrahamson works in the Heart of America Johnson Clinic in Dunseith. Born and raised in Rolette, N.D., she graduated in 1975 from St. Luke's School of Nursing in Fargo. She completed her training as a physician assistant/family nurse practitioner at the University of North Dakota College of Nursing in 1980.

Carol Berg, Family Nurse Practitioner

Berg began her practice at Heart of America Johnson Clinic in 1980. She works in the Rugby clinic and also serves as assistant medical director for Heart of America Health Plan. She earned her certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner and her bachelor of science in nursing from the University of North Dakota College of Nursing, Grand Forks. Prior to joining Heart of America, she worked at Chestnut Hill Hospital in Philadelphia, taught at UND, worked in a Grand Forks clinic, and served as director of nurses at Rolla Community Hospital in Rolla, N.D.

Gail Danielson, Physician Assistant

Danielson is a graduate of the University of North Dakota School of Medicine and Health Sciences Physician Assistant Program, Grand Forks. She completed nurses training at St. Luke's School of Nursing, Fargo. She's been part of Heart of America Johnson Clinics medical team for more than 20 years.

Julia Garcia, MD

Dr. Garcia practices family medicine at Heart of America Johnson Clinics in Rugby. A native of Moscow, she graduated from Moscow State University and completed her premed education in San Jose, California. She earned her doctorate in medicine from Cebu Doctors' University, Cebu, Philippines. She completed a general surgery internship and a two-year surgical residency at New York's Harlem Hospital before completing a family medicine internship at Lousiana State University and a family medicine residency at UC-Davis Medical Center, Sacramento, Calif. She joined the medical staff at Lisbon (N.D.) Area Health Services and in November 2010 began her practice at Heart of America Johnson Clinics.

Dustin Hager, Physician Assistant

Hager began his healthcare career as a paramedic, working for F-M Ambulance Service in Fargo and still volunteers with the Towner Fire & Ambulance Service. He completed his master's in physician assistant studies at the University of North Dakota School of Medicine and Health Sciences. He also holds a degree in business management from Minot State University in Minot, N.D., and an MBA in healthcare administration from the University of Mary, Bismarck.

Tammie Harder, Family Nurse Practitioner and Physician Assistant

Harder has been a member of Heart of America Johnson Clinics staff for more than 30 years. Her practice includes family, pediatric and internal medicine and she has a special interest is women's health issues. She graduated from Trinity School of Nursing, Minot; earned her bachelor's in nursing from Minot State University; and graduated from the physician assistant program at the University of North Dakota School of Medicine and Health Sciences, Grand Forks.

Alan F.H. Lim, MD

Dr. Alan Lim has been practicing urology in Minot since 1974. He completed his undergraduate and doctoral degrees at the University of Manitoba, Winnipeg. He is certified by the America Board of Urology and in 1976 received an American College of Surgery Fellowship. He has held several local and state leadership positions, including chief of staff at Trinity Hospital in Minot, North Dakota Blue Cross Blue Shield board member, and chairman of Dakota Care Physicians, Minot. Hubert Seiler, MD

Dr. Seiler, a family and geriatric practice physician, began practicing medicine at Johnson Clinics and Heart of America Medical Center in 1973. He earned his undergraduate degree at St. John's University, Collegeville, Minn., and completed his medical training at the University of North Dakota, Grand Forks, and at the University of Iowa, Iowa City. A 1994 Bush Medical Fellow, Dr. Seiler sees patients at Heart of America Johnsons Clinics in Rugby and Maddock.

Ronald Skipper, MD

Dr. Skipper is a board certified general surgeon who provides all general outpatient surgeries at Heart of America Surgical Clinic. He previously practiced at HAMC from 1997 to 2005, before rejoining our team in 2012. After receiving his bachelor's degree from Kent State University, Dr. Skipper went on to achieve his doctor of medicine degree from the Ohio State University College of Medicine in Columbus, Ohio. He is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons.

Cammy Townsend FNP-C Townsend who was raised in Bismarck ND, received an Associate of Science in Practical Nursing (LPN) from the North Dakota College of Science in Wahpeton and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Medcenter One College of Nursing in Bismarck. In April of 2006 she completed a Masters of Science in Nursing from the University of Mary and became a certified Family Nurse Practitioner. Townsend joined Heart of America Medical Center in February 2013 from Mid Dakota Clinic in Bismarck.

Keri Weick, Physician Assistant

Weick is a graduate of the physician assistant program at the University of North Dakota School of Medicine and Health Science, Grand Forks. She earned her bachelor's degree in nursing at the University of Mary, Bismarck, and spent more than 16 years working as a registered nurse before completing her master's degree in physician assistant studies. Her specialty is family medicine.
