October 14, 2022: USDA Approves Loan | Campaign Nears Goal
The USDA has formally approved financing for construction of a new Heart of America Medical Center. The approval is the center piece of financing for a new $62M facility.
The direct loan will cover 80% of construction costs. In addition, the USDA is guaranteeing 10% of loans coming from commercial lenders. The remaining 10% is owner’s equity, including proceeds from the Build 2024 Capital Campaign.
As of 10/14/22 the Campaign has a total of $4,157,000.
