Nicole (Hager) Lemieux, Physician Assistant Certified (PA-C), has begun seeing patients at Heart of America Johnson Clinic in Rugby in July. Lemieux, a 2006 Rugby High School graduate, received her Clinical Lab Science, Medial Technician degree from The University of North Dakota. She started her career at Jamestown Regional Health Center in Jamestown, ND where she worked for over five years. She returned to UND and graduated in 2017 from the Physician Assistant Studies program.
“When I worked in the laboratory, I wasn’t able to get as much hands-on patient care as I would have liked. I returned to school knowing I wanted to have the opportunity to treat a full spectrum of patients.” Adds Lemieux.
Lemieux and her husband are expecting their first child the end of August and will be making Rugby their home this fall
