It is very important that the staff know exactly what medications you are taking at home. Some medications need to be stopped prior to surgery - others need to be continued. Please remember to bring all your medications with you when you come to the hospital for surgery.

Most procedures are performed on an outpatient basis, which means you will return home the day of your surgery. When you are discharged you will be given a post-surgery instruction sheet outlining what you should and should not do when you get home.
