Care Center Room Rates

Care center room rates are based on your individualized, quarterly assessments and the services that are provided.


Basic services include:

  • Your meals.
  • Dietary consultations and supplements.
  • Housekeeping and laundry.
  • Nursing services.
  • Activities.
  • Social services.
  • Pharmacy consultations.
  • Chaplain services.
  • Weekly hair care and supplies, including haircuts.
  • Cable TV.
  • Local phone calls.
  • Physical, occupational, and speech therapy.


You may be charged additional fees for medications, long-distance phone calls, in-room phone service, Internet service, permanents, and personal items like pop and candy.

Paying For Care

Personal Resources:

Residents or their families frequently use personal resources, including Social Security, to pay for long-term care expenses.


Nursing Home Insurance:

If you have nursing home insurance, we will be happy to go over your policy with you and file appropriate claims.


Medicare Prescription Drug Coverage:

Medicare prescription drug coverage, or Medicare Part D, are insurances run by Medicare-approved insurance and other private companies. Most people who qualify and join a Medicare drug plan get 95 percent of their prescription drug costs covered. More information is available at Medicare.gov.


Medicaid:

A state-funded program, Medicaid provides qualified individuals with financial assistance for basic care. To find out if you or your loved one qualifies for North Dakota's Basic Care Assistance Program, contact the North Dakota Department of Human Services.


Veteran’s Benefits:
