Board of Trustees

Nine members of the Good Samaritan Hospital Association board of directors represent church congregations in communities where

they either live or are employed.

Congregational representatives are nominated by member congregations in Rugby (including Balta and Orrin), Leeds (including Maddock and Knox), Rolette (including Wolford, Dunseith, and Overly), and Towner (including Willow City and Upham). Two board positions, physician(s) and member(s)-at-large are filled at the board's discretion. Good Samaritan Hospital Association CEO Erik Christenson serves as Board Secretary,

and CFO Melissa Shepard serves as the Treasurer. Both are non-voting members.
