Price Transparency
As required by CMS a list of our charges may be found within the MyChart Patient Portal. Don't have a login? No need to worry, this information can be accessed through Guest Estimates.
Step-by-step instructions if you do not have a login:
Click here to access the MyChart Patient Portal
- On the right-hand side, click the green "Guest Estimates".
- Select Heart of America Medical Center.
- A disclaimer will appear and ask you to click the I'm not a robot box, click "Accept" and continue.
Now you can type in keywords to find the service you are looking for. For example, CBC, or you can click one of the categories to locate it. If you have insurance coverage you can select your insurance provider or click the Skip this step if you do not have insurance. The estimate of your charges will appear.
Please note that the charge is not always what you need to pay, but may be an estimate. Charges may be different because of third-party agreements, like health plan agreements, agreements with government payers, and our charity care program. We will assist you as best we can to help you determine what you would pay for services done at Heart of America Medical Center.
Remember, MyChart is a free service where you can view detailed billing statements, make payments online, view portions of your medical record, request medication refills, and send non-urgent messages to your provider.
